How do I access my tickets?

After securing tickets, attendees will receive three emails:
A confirmation email containing important information and additional instructions.

A receipt email, which should arrive within 15-35 minutes of purchase (attendees are advised to check their spam folder if it's not visible in the inbox).

An email with the actual tickets, which can be downloaded or added to an Apple Wallet. This email also allows for the reassignment of tickets to other individuals by entering their name and contact information.

I purchased multiple tickets, can I change the info of who the tickets belong to?

Yes, ticket holders have the flexibility to reassign tickets to different individuals. This can be done by accessing the specific ticket in the email, scrolling to the bottom, and entering the new attendee's name and contact information.
